Orlando Magic Vs Detroit Pistons

Published by mrhobbie at 7:20 am under Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic Edit This

The Magic jumped out to an early 40-23 lead in the first quarter over the Pistons and never looked back as they went on to win the game 110-103.

Dwight Howard led the Magic in the game with 22 points and 12 rebounds. All five Magic starters scored in double figures including Bass who came off of the bench to also score in double figures.

The Pistons were led in the game by Charlie Villanueva who scored 22 of his game high 28 points in the fourth quarter. It was enough to put a little scare into the Magic for a while until Orlando prevailed in the end.

The Pistons can blame their poor free throw shooting as the cause for losing this game. They missed 14 of their 37 attempts from the line.
