Josh Howard returns and helps Mavericks beat the Raptures
With Josh Howard back in the lineup for Dallas, the Mavericks put on quite an offensive performance and beat the Toronto Raptures 129-101. The Mavs shot 62% in the game as Nowitski led the team with 29 points. Terry had 19 for Dallas, Marion had 18 and Josh Howard had 16 points.
It was Howard’s first game since undergoing operations on his left ankle and wrist on May 22. The former All-Star didn’t participate in contact drills until mid-October. He scored 13 in the first half and finished with 16 points, four rebounds, three steals and two assists in 24 minutes.
The Raptures were led in the game by Chris Bosh, who had 26 points to go along with 12 rebounds and Bargani who had 22 points.
